To check the remaining data on your mobile broadband SIM:
- Log into Self Care Portal
- Hover over 'Mobile' in the top menu, and click Active Mobile Services
- Click View against the service you want to check the balance for
- At the top of your dashboard, you will be able to see your remaining balance, it will look like the below:
What happens if I run out of data?
When you reach 100% of your monthly data allowance, we will temporarily pause your service until the start of your next billing period, meaning that you wont incur any excess data charges. If you often run out of data, you may want to consider upgrading your plan.
