There are two ways to check your remaining data balance.
The simplest way:
- Call *159# from your phone that has the Goodtel SIM in
- When you press the call button, your remaining data will show up on the screen, like this:
If you're having trouble with the above, you can also check your balance in the Self Care portal:
- Log into Self Care Portal
- Hover over 'Mobile' in the top menu, and click Active Mobile Services
- Click View against the service you want to check the balance for
- At the top of your dashboard, you will be able to see your remaining balance.
