If you signed up for a new number, but now want to bring your existing number over (or vice versa!) fear not. You can do this yourself in the Portal.
Please note, you won't be able to complete these steps until your SIM's arrived in the post.
To change your activation type, follow the below steps:
- Log into the Self Care Portal
- Hover over Mobile and click SIM Activations
- Click Activate next to the service you'd like to modify
If you've ordered multiple SIMs and you're not sure which one to click, please contact us - On the next screen, you can toggle your Activation Type between Transfer or New Number
